AQUAPLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS / POLICIES

✔ 1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the AquaPlan website (https://aquaplan.mx).

Your access to and use of this Website signifies that you (the “User”) have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

AquaPlan reserves the right to modify this document at any time. Modifications shall take effect upon their publication on the Website.

✔ 2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the site, including text, images, diagrams, logos, photographs, digital files, design and structure, is the property of Aqua Planeaciones del Noroeste S.A. de C.V.

Its reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

✔ 3. Acceptable Use of the Site

The User agrees to use the site in a lawful and respectful manner.

The following is prohibited:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Hacking attempts
  • Distribution of viruses
  • Disruption of the site
  • Illegal or offensive content
  • Sending spam

AquaPlan may restrict access due to misuse.

When the site requires an account, the User is responsible for:

  • Activities carried out from their account
  • Reporting suspicious access

AquaPlan may suspend accounts that are used improperly.

AquaPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site.

AquaPlan does not share personal data with third parties, except when strictly necessary for the delivery of products by courier.

✔ 9. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping only within Mexico.
  • Orders are shipped through national courier services.
  • Delivery time is variable, up to a maximum of 10 calendar days.
  • Free shipping on all orders, unless otherwise indicated. Free shipping on purchases of $2000.00 MXN or more, before taxes
  • AquaPlan is not responsible for delays, damage or loss caused by the courier.
  • If no one is available to receive the package, the customer must arrange a new delivery directly with the courier.

✔ 10. Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods:

✔ Mercado Pago

AquaPlan does issue CFDI invoices (Mexican electronic tax invoices).

The customer must provide their tax information within the month of purchase.

✔ 11. Warranty Policy

  • Warranties are provided directly by the manufacturers (Pentair, Hayward, Waterco, Panda, etc.).
  • AquaPlan acts as a distributor and does not offer in-house repairs.
  • For online store sales, we do not offer installation.
  • Any damage caused by improper installation voids the warranty.

✔ 12. Returns Policy

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy (https://www.aquaplan.mx/politica-de-devoluciones).

✔ 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This document shall be governed by the laws of Mexico, specifically those of the State of Sonora.

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Puerto Peñasco, Sonora.
